The hotel had the rooms ready even though we arrived early, and our bags were taken up for us, which was really lovely. However, there were some problems with unfinished details. The service was outstanding, with staff like Wil and Miguel being very nice and helpful, available all the time and friendly. The location was walking distance from nice restaurants and beaches, but a bit isolated. The dining experience was good overall. I found the hotel to offer great value for money.
